Description

After being on hiatus for the last few months I am starting to make a slow comeback to DeviantArt but unfortunately I won't have as much free-time as I once did when it came to submitting things onto my deviant page. But I will try to make a few updates here and there and thank you all who have tolerated my lack of activity on my page.

Well to start things off I just wanted to let everyone know that last month I finished the entire manga series of InuYasha. Even now I am still a fan of it and will probably go back to read it again but unfortunately I have had a change of heart in certain characters who at first I have come to respect but after watching the anime series and the manga I began to ask myself "What the hell was I thinking liking this character?" But I will save all of that for separate individual motivational screenshots.

I have been meaning to post this piece for quite some time especially after finally reading the manga also I am going to keep this short as I have another screenshot for later on this topic to make my point.

I am sure every fan of InuYasha are familiar with the famous group made of of the Inu-hanyo, the monk, the demon slayer, the reincarnated priestess-in-training and the two yokais accompanying them as Miroku once stated that their main goal was to travel around the country to battle evil and do good deeds.

They went through many battles with each other and the final confrontation with Naraku as well and it seems that their friendship has remained strong...until now.

A new threat is on the rise and one that might even prove that the bond between this "strong" group is not as strong as they thought it was back when they were hunting Naraku as other characters who come into the story as well won't see the strong-ties of friendship between them either. It will make some of them stop to wonder what it was that they really had and even question their so-called friendship as well.

I do not own InuYasha or the screenshots they belong to Rumiko Takahashi.

I would love to make an addendum to my now four-year-old comment. Inuyasha never deserved to have such pathetic tin-heads like Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou. It also says something that even I the viewer knew the red flags from these four parasites. Sure, Miroku had his wind tunnel, Sango her boomerang Hiraikotsu, Kagome her bow and arrow, and Shippou his growing fox magic, but it seems like Inuyasha did most of the fighting.

The wounds I acquired from re-watching Episode 100 still linger within me. Kagome's constant sitting command to Inuyasha and her poor excuse of showing love and affection to him makes me want to fetch a hatchet to chop off her squealing head. Miroku's hypocrisy makes me want to grab a darning needle to stab him in the midsection and grab a pair of scissors to slit his neck. Sango's dishonesty and gullibility makes me want to pick up a chef's knife and stab her one-thousand times in an elevator. Shippou's mouthiness and smugness makes me want to hop on a Thunderbird to run him over and make him crash to the nearest oak tree, thus making him die a horrible death. Yes, that is just how much I hate Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou and just want them dead and rotting in the ground like the cold corpses that they are.

At the end of the day, Inuyasha deserved better companions. Fortunately, I am giving him that and more. In my AU headcanon, he has a tight brotherhood with Sesshoumaru; a great brotherly bond with Shuran, Hakkaku, and Ginta; a lovingly intimate relationship with Ayame, and a sweet siblinghood with Shunran. Together, they have been called The Splendid Seven, and I intend to keep them that way.

As for Miroku, Sango, Kagome, and Shippou, they might as well be roasted alive on an open fire and be eaten by trolls and other nasty creatures. Let's face it. Those four losers, floozies, and hoe-bags are useless, and they deserve to freaking die the most horrible death possible.
